  • Great program! This program allowed me to connect with other trainees around the world. This school has a diverse curriculum touching on a range of topics. This program incorporated a lecture from a physical therapist and intimacy coach on safe alignment and movement, as well as a lecture from a LCSW on trauma-sensitive/informed yoga. We also covered pelvic floor health yoga and prenatal yoga. This program focuses on teaching from the heart and authentic self. Due to the self-paced online component of this program, it is accessible to many, and it is for the self-disciplined (tapas!) to keep your self on track! I recommend!
